About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team at ZMEX Zillow Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform to ensure its efficiency in supporting our business processes and delivering outstanding user experiences.
Your primary focus will be on configuring, maintaining, and improving the platform to meet the needs of our organization. This includes overall responsibility for the system and its processes, as well as providing training to users and being accountable for access control, security, and minor improvements such as form or workflow editing.
You will work closely with our IT team members to drive adoption and perform daily maintenance and issue resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and being accountable for daily ServiceNow support requests, as well as supporting implemented and proposed solutions on the platform.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, as well as experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions. You will also need to have strong customer focus, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interact well across all levels of the business.
