The Global IT Program Leader will manage a complex multi-year, multi-function regional program and ensure it delivers the expected business case to the business partner on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality. This includes managing program level risks, quality, and procurement; leading the program team and supervising project managers that are part of the program.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. You will also lead reviews with executive sponsors and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and/or changes, and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address.

This role requires a leader who can develop people, manage virtual teams, and operate in a matrix organization. You should have experience in stakeholder management, facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment, effective communication at different levels in the organization, and fluency in English.

  5. Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determine their role across the program according to IT sourcing strategy">
  6. Milestones-based program plan established, delivered through incremental releases/achievements">
  7. Value delivery plan created in parallel">
  8. Program budgeted">
  9. Projects initiated, program monitored and controlled, risks assessed">
  10. Lead reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify organic or specific program needs and/or changes, and direct the development of appropriate approaches to address">
  11. Team and resources (time, money) managed in line with company business principles and values">

Required Profile:

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience in IT and business/industry, 5-7 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs, including agile projects and programs. Leadership skills and track record in developing people, managing virtual teams, and operating in a matrix organization.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
