You will work in a high-skilled professional regional team supporting Product Base organization, including On Premises and Cloud infrastructure for all factories, Warehouses and Headquarters in the AMS Region where Nestle has operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure proper implementation, operation, support, and retirement of all products under ITP Wintel scope (Windows Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Cloud Computing)
- Governance of 3rd party vendors performing day-to-day activities in both On-Premises and Cloud environments
- Be a focal point for Mexico Market in subjects related to all products under ITP Wintel scope
- Support projects requiring additional infrastructure related to products under ITP Wintel scope
- Take care of CAPEX/OPEX for ITP Wintel in Mexico market (planning and execution)
- Support any compliance issues related to Wintel scope, in contact with local and global compliance managers
- Coach 3rd party vendors on ITL-related topics, especially changes and problems
Required Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably in global companies with multicultural teams
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure landscape like Windows Servers, virtualization, storage, backups, networks, and Cloud Computing
- Good ITIL background (Incident, Request, Change, and Problems modules)
- Able to effectively work with virtual teams across functions and cultures
- Processing good communication skills for managing stakeholders in the business
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience working with Product Portfolio and Agile methodologies like Scrum is a plus
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
