We are seeking an Enterprise Network Solutions Specialist to join our team in a pre-sales technical role. As a key member of our Service Provider Account Executive team, you will be responsible for showcasing Cisco product solutions, setting up demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience in Service Provider technologies, including Core, Carrier Ethernet, Optical, Mobility, Orchestration, and Programmability, as well as desirable knowledge in Networking, Collaboration, Data Center, Security, Software Defined Technologies, and software for observability and AI.
In addition to technological competence, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn quickly and stay current.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct account and partner responsibilities for Service Provider accounts
- Keep up-to-date on relevant driven solutions, products, and services
- Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory
- Perform technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects
- Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team and provide consultative support in their area of specialization to other Systems Engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
- +7 years-related experience
- Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required
- Pre-sales experience is required
- Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
- CCNP and CCIE Certifications are strongly encouraged
- Knowledge and shown operating experience in one of the following areas of specialization: Core SP Technologies, Metro Ethernet, Optical, RAN, Mobility, Service Orchestration, Video, SD-WAN, Security, Data Center Technologies, Big Data, Analytics, SDN, Server Architecture, Virtualization, Programmability
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
