**Job Overview**

Fairfield by Marriott is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless reservation experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Determine appropriate room type and verify availability of rooms and rates.
  • Explain hotel policies, including guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies.
  • Accommodate and document special requests from guests.
  • Provide information about property facilities and services, as well as room accommodations.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
