- Develop and implement training programs to educate customers and internal stakeholders on product features and benefits.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
- One to three years of experience in a related field, preferably in the vitamins and supplements industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, as well as effectively in solo work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
