The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or English and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities- Support hotel guests with their wired and wireless connections to the SD HSIA network
- Provide hotel staff network connectivity and on-demand troubleshooting support
- Assist with setup and teardown of meetings or conferences
- Monitor system performance and customer complaints with the SD support team
- Interact with hotel and conference guests to identify potential needs upon arrival
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have previous experience working in the hospitality industry
- Be able to connect computers, phones, tablets, and gaming devices to HSIA networks
- Have experience in a network or desktop support environment
- Pass a background investigation
