- 4+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes.
- Previous experience supervising large teams with task completion and workload distribution.
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Able to lead functional agendas within a matrix environment.
