Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to expand your horizons and help Mexican merchants succeed in the US market? Amazon Global Selling is seeking a talented and experienced Account Representative to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a sales pipeline mix of high-value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch businesses to sell their products on Amazon US, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow seller commitment to the Global Selling on Amazon program.
  2. Understand Seller needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment.
  3. Identify and analyze data and anecdotal input from Sellers and support associates to identify and isolate issues, test solutions, and prioritize competing program opportunities.
  4. Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of assigned sellers. Execute successfully on the plan recommended.
  5. Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory.
  6. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  7. Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both the quantity and quality of sellers recruited.
  8. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling experience.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  2. Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  3. Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
