Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for helping businesses expand their reach into new markets? Amazon Global Selling is seeking a talented Account Representative to join our team and help Mexican merchants succeed in the US marketplace.

About the Role:

  1. Identify and acquire new sellers for the Amazon Global Selling program, providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly quota targets, focusing on high-value and transactional accounts.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within prospective accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  4. Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of assigned sellers, executing on plans to drive growth and success.
  5. Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of sellers in your territory, using this data to guide your work and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. 5+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS.
  3. Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
  4. Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  5. Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
