About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Manager - Site Coordinator to join our team at ALSTOM Gruppe. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities for our projects, ensuring the successful execution of our strategy and compliance with our company's policies and standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Installation Execution and Management: Perform installation execution and activities, including supporting the Project Installation Manager in internal interfaces management, organizing installation work, and managing installation work packages.
  • Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) Management: Monitor and control QCD performances, report and anticipate issues, and monitor milestone progress dashboard with regular project KPI reports.
  • Site Investigations and Inspections: Perform site investigations, surveys, and field inspections as required by the customer or project needs.
  • Installation Design and Documentation: Review and sign off all installation design, including installation method statements, drawings, and manage site copies of drawings with red and yellow mark-ups.
  • Inventory Control and Management: Establish inventory control formats and serial numbers of installed equipment.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Support and assist the Project Installation Manager in managing, organizing, and planning installation activities with Alstom Installation Team and/or subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in Electrical or related engineering disciplines or Technical High-School Diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial activities related to mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields within the industry.
  • Skills and Competences: Autonomous, thorough, team worker, curious, quick learner, ability to have good communication with other colleagues and other functions, ability to inform problems, team spirit approach, and good communication skills.
