Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Ford De México. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate team workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create conditions for high-performing teams to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Facilitate conversations to achieve user story completion, ensuring acceptance criteria is actionable and aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Use data-driven decision making to guide team efforts and deliver highest value outcomes.
  • Facilitate team reviews of proposed product or service technical designs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and principles.
  • Responsible for facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups.
  • Bias for action to remove blockers and impediments, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Experience with JIRA, setting up filters, dashboards, reports, and other tools to support team productivity.
  • Look for opportunities to improve team processes and norms, driving continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator with experience working with globally distributed teams, supporting and motivating team members during challenging times.
  • Adaptable and open to change, able to adjust to evolving team and project needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience working on digital transformation initiatives, preferably on the data, analytics, and/or experimentation side.
  • Able to guide and drive teams based on cross-functional alignments, making data-driven decisions to align product roadmaps.
  • Participate and collaborate with engineering teams to drive execution of various areas, including analytics, experimentation, and visualizations/dashboarding.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects end-to-end.
  • Drive conversations with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to solve dependencies and drive project execution.
  • Strong ITSM skills in problem and release management, with ability to author key processes and emphasize documentation.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Knowledge of platforms such as Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics/ADP (Launch), Adobe Target, Optimizely, Content Square, and GCP.
