We're seeking a seasoned UX Research Lead to join our team, driving innovation and strategic growth in our B2B SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach to product development.
  • Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective research approaches to solve business needs and meet agreed-upon objectives.
  • Develop data-informed job maps, customer outcomes, and user archetypes to inform product decisions.
  • Define and report on UX success metrics and behavioral targets, measuring the impact of your research on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate research insights and recommendations, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Mentor and assist junior researchers, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Research Lead who can bring expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of leading research projects and delivering results-driven insights.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your research experience, methodology, and impact on business outcomes.
