Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Global Mobility

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Global Mobility, you will be responsible for identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for the organization in time and quality. You will act in accordance with Alstom's values, policies, and norms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current and future business needs regarding talent acquisition, talent mapping, and the ability to influence, engage, and advise hiring managers on candidate profiles in different geographic locations.

You will provide feedback on market conditions and the general contracting process, support, monitor, and measure the deployment of HR processes and tools in administration and people development. Additionally, you will ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the publication of external jobs following the employer's brand strategy.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Site's HR Director, Services HR Business Partner, and Country HR Director, to define and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using various supply channels to identify and acquire qualified candidates for Engineering and Technical profiles, as well as Big Data profiles;
  • Managing recruitment projects, including defining job profiles, evaluating candidates, and sending qualified candidates to project teams;
  • Leading the entire selection process, from CV screening to offer proposals, while ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies;
  • Developing an ongoing and diverse talent pool through research, networking, database mining, and other methods;
  • Maintaining the Candidate Tracking System (ATS) and entering candidate information on a daily basis;
  • Providing weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity;

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public/Business Administration, or a closely related field;
  • Solid experience in selection and recruitment, particularly for Engineering and Technical profiles, as well as Big Data profiles;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken;

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
