Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alstom, you will be responsible for using various supply channels to identify, evaluate, and send qualified candidates to project requirements. This includes the company's own candidate database, social networks, hiring manager networks, external job boards, and employee referral schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment projects: Identify, evaluate, and send qualified candidates to project requirements.
  • Manage the entire selection process from the definition of the profile to the offer proposal for specific selection processes.
  • Acquire a complete technical understanding of the application/job description for the competencies, skills, and knowledge required for the selected applicants.
  • Document research methods.
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse talent pool through research, networking, database mining, etc.

Main Required Competences:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Great ability to listen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative in fulfilling departmental responsibilities.
