About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at 0360 BSS Mexico. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our payroll processes, as well as managing employee compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for multiple countries, either directly in our systems or through a provider.
  • Employee Master Data: Collaborate with other roles to ensure timely and complete employee master data, and update records according to change requests.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits, and coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Salary Structures and Bonuses: Maintain and update salary structures and bonuses, and include them in payout calculations.
  • Time Tracking and Absence: Collect time tracking and absence information, and include it in payroll operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on payroll and benefits regulations, and ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records, and process employee changes, deductions, and withholdings accurately.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate payroll and benefits reports for management and regulatory agencies, and provide insights and analysis as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College or bachelor's degree in economics, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration, preferably 1-5 years.
  • Countries of Experience: Experience working with other countries in LATAM, such as Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, or others.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and benefits programs, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish and with working proficiency in English.
