Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator CBS to join our team at Michelin. As a key member of our Corporate & Business Services department, you will be responsible for accurate and timely completions of assigned processes to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
  • Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions.
  • Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received.
  • Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues.
  • Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field required.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Full English performance.
