Cisco Systems is seeking a highly skilled Product Supply Chain Lead to join our Regional Supply Chain Operations team.

About the Role

The Product Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for managing supply chain processes and PCBA deliveries, as well as collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage build commits and prioritize delivery milestones.
  • Communicate with critical stakeholders, coordinate, and align with manufacturing partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues based on data analytics.
  • Understand various sets of data for quality & process control and decision-making.
  • Cost and productivity analysis, including non-material spend and transformation cost review and approval.
  • Material Management, ensuring timely and sufficient trigger internal and external suppliers.
  • Engineering Change Order management for transparent implementation and minimized Inventory impact.
  • Excess and Obsolete management.
  • Capacity analysis and management according to forecast and business needs.
  • Lead or engage in ongoing improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Planning Operations, or equivalent experience in electronics supply chain manufacturing industry.
  • 10+ years Manufacturing Supply Chain experience.
  • Customer impact oriented.
  • Ability to connect information into business outcomes and decision-making.
  • Resilient to change environment.
  • Understanding of supply and demand elements.
  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Program Management - PMP would be a plus.
  • Analytical and communication skills across all levels of organization.
  • Proven Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate with a strong desire to learn and ability to be flexible.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (in English).
  • Experience comfortable working in diverse cultural and global work environment.
  • Mobilizes time and resources to get things done.
  • Manages change by identifying impacts of project, building awareness and support for change within organization, and contributing to development of training.
