What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality work that meets our brand standards and objectives.
  • Identify and engage new agencies that can contribute to our brand strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including OOH, TV, Radio, Influencers, and PR.
  • Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Write and edit content for our blog, B2B materials, press releases, and other brand communications.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Work closely with the content and strategy teams to ensure all brand activities align with our overall brand strategy.
  • Participate in regular meetings to update the Brand Coordinator on project progress.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of the media.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset, consistently taking the initiative to ensure the success of all assigned objectives.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • This position requires a strong presence in Mexico City.
  • Previous experience in a media agency is a plus.
