We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to join our team at Media.Monks. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-end commercials and other video-based social content productions, working closely with Account and Creative teams and brands to bring their vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate productions from briefing concept to post-production, working with local, regional, and global teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as a connection point between the US account team and local and regional teams for productions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality projects and business results, ensuring each content project meets the client's expectations and is delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement integrated production plans, incorporating content delivery and other creative elements to maximize project potential.
- Work closely with Account teams to understand client needs and preferences, and with Creative teams to develop innovative and engaging content.
- Manage production design, quoting, and coordination, ensuring that projects are profitable and doable.
- Assess and elevate the feasibility of concepts and production plans, ensuring that they align with the client's brief and budget.
- Scope and quote projects, as well as plan and manage production work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of production experience at an Agency or Production house.
- Strong understanding of production processes and workflows, including pre- and post-production.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
