**Gestión de Proyectos**:
Identificar, priorizar y gestionar iniciativas de AMS locales y globales según prioridades y requisitos comerciales. Asegurarse de que se siguen los procesos M2S adecuados y que el soporte posterior es adecuado.
**Recopilación de Retroalimentación Regional**:
Reunirse regularmente con líderes comerciales regionales para capturar retroalimentación y preocupaciones clave. Reunirse con el Equipo de Proyectos P&IT Regional para coordinar el soporte.
**Garantía de Calidad del Soporte de AMS**:
Reunirse regularmente con líderes de soporte de AMS para discutir KPIs, SLAs y otros indicadores para asegurar un alto rendimiento de los equipos de soporte. Identificar y eliminar brechas de soporte de AMS centradas en los procesos de gestión de backlog, capacidad, problemas y incidentes importantes.
**Estándares de Aplicación y Entregables del Equipo de Soporte**:
Coordinar estrechamente con el Equipo de Estándares de Aplicación y Soporte para priorizar solicitudes regionales y mejoras utilizando el Proceso de Gestión de Demanda Global. Coordinar la resolución de problemas y escalada entre equipos P&IT.
