About the Role

In this key opportunity, as a Strategic Product Manager - Tax Planning Expert, you will drive innovation and growth by interpreting and assessing customer needs and opportunities, offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

  • Develop strong product intuition by analyzing customer problems, business needs, and market trends to create compelling product visions.
  • Build world-class capabilities and products by creating product roadmaps, partnering closely with development teams, and executing the roadmap to deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership for feature/product performance and reliability, delighting clients with a positive experience, and effectively evangelizing the product vision to colleagues.
  • Help establish, motivate, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, representing their needs, providing coaching and mentoring, and building a dynamic culture to enable the team to deliver outstanding results.

To achieve these goals, you will be:

  • Curious and innovative, starting with an obsession for customers' problems and needs, working closely with customers, partners, and other Thomson Reuters colleagues to solve them in unique ways.
  • Agile, with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions against tight deadlines.
  • An effective communicator who projects confidence and communicates clearly and concisely to management, peers, clients, and partners.
About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Experienced product management professional with a track record of driving innovation and growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Enterprise tax software experience is strongly necessary, but trade or supply chain, ERP's, workflow, finance, real estate, or other B2B domains are significant pluses.
