Strategic Product Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Business, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
About the Role
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through product innovation and development.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences and incorporate insights into product development.
- Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
About You
- You have at least 3 years of experience in product development or a related field.
- You have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- You have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- You are proficient in using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
- You have experience working in an Agile environment and are familiar with Scrum methodologies.
