Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Account Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Account Coordinator to join our team at Daniel J Edelman Holdings. As a Marketing Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and teams in delivering exceptional marketing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to account teams, including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, and compiling media and competitor coverage.
  • Research and analyze media coverage and online conversations to provide insights to clients and teams.
  • Use media list building tools and clipping services to stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.
  • Coordinate projects and events, including inviting media, preparing press kits, and attending events.
  • Build a network of traditional and online media contacts to support client needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including recording and submitting time, expenses, and POs to the right project codes on a timely basis.
  • Notify supervisors of any potential cost overruns and follow all Edelman financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the new business process, including research, audits, and proposal prep.
  • Understand account budget parameters and over-servicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Previous internship experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media, or publishing.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines, and assignments.
  • Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams.
