Symphonic Distribution is a leading music distribution and marketing company seeking a highly skilled Content Approval Specialist to join our team. As a Content Approval Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of music content to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal departments, resolving common support issues, technical support, and accounting-related queries.
  • Engage in day-to-day discussions with clients, managing difficult situations, responding promptly to customer needs, and soliciting feedback to improve service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Symphonic's service offerings to provide accurate support and solutions.
  • Assist clients with one-off requests and tasks assigned by management, including redeliveries of audio and releases as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to load and update clients' catalogs and content approvals.
  • Handle submissions for SoundScan service and maintain Symphonic's public-facing knowledge base.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to write and read in both languages.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience resolving systems issues or investigating customer service inquiries.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
