Global Sales Enablement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations expert to lead our sales enablement efforts in Latin America. As Global Sales Enablement Strategist, you will develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth across the region.
With 10-15 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or marketing, you will leverage your expertise to create winning sales strategies, identify key market opportunities, and provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
About YouYou have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or marketing, with an MBA a plus. Your advanced English language skills will allow you to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Your leadership experience has equipped you with the ability to establish goals, objectives, and strategic discussions around customers, partners, and target markets. You stay up-to-date on industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and Vertiv's portfolio offerings to inform your decision-making.
Responsibilities- Develop sales operations policies and procedures to enhance sales processes for both sales teams and supporting areas
- Evaluate tool usage and capabilities to ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to succeed
- Manage four business pillars impacting order entry, customer delivery, drop shipments, and VOS processes for the region
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or marketing (MBA a plus)
- Advanced English language skills
- 10-15 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or marketing
- Leadership experience with the ability to establish goals and objectives
