Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Mid Market Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be a strategic member of our broader Mid-Market sales team, working closely with Account Executives to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients and setting up meetings or calls between them and our Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop account strategies, generate leads, and analyze results.
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM system (Salesforce) and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Customize product solutions to meet client needs and present value-added perspectives.
  • Demonstrate complex concepts and close inbound leads efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and equity.
