Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated Mid Market Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be a strategic member of our broader Mid-Market sales team, working closely with Account Executives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients and setting up meetings or calls between them and our Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the team to develop account strategies, generate leads, and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM system (Salesforce) and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- Customize product solutions to meet client needs and present value-added perspectives.
- Demonstrate complex concepts and close inbound leads efficiently.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and equity.
