Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Executive Business Development Lead located in Guadalajara, North Site.
- Reporting to the Program Management Manager, this role involves:
- Developing and maintaining business relationships; maximizing customer satisfaction by managing the relationship with the customer through regular reviews, deliveries, open commitments, or overall progress of the account.
- Coordinating with the CFT actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
- Coordinating the process of View Point, where customer's and GAM satisfaction is reviewed; it includes implementing actions with the organization to improve.
- Monitoring, reporting, and coordinating any troubleshooting of accounts receivables (AR)
- Numerical analysis skills for decision-making
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Interacting regularly with executives, customers, and vendors
- Understanding the business and ability to forecast revenue and control costs ensuring compliance with the quote and contract agreements
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical operations, supply chain and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management
