Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategy to ensure our teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to devise and implement sourcing strategies that build pipelines of potential applicants.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source applicants through various channels, create job descriptions, and plan interview procedures.
This individual will also be responsible for maintaining records of recruitment materials, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Estimated Salary$83,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A keen understanding of company requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
