Salary

The salary range for this position is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. Based on the job requirements and location, the estimated base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate's job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. For Mexico City, the specific base pay will be between MXN 463,100 and MXN 609,100.

Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Billing Analyst, you'll participate in the customer billing process, including creating/sending invoices to customers, resolving customer payment disputes, keeping track of customer agreements and invoices, and day-to-day correspondence regarding customer inquiries about invoicing. You'll also take charge of the collections process, applying payments received in Stripe and Netsuite, and managing communications with customers to ensure that past due balances are paid.

You'll own the customer onboarding process, including filling out customer vendor forms and setting up and maintaining customer portal accounts. Additionally, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to serve as a point of contact regarding billing questions and streamline the AR process through process improvements and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Accounts Receivable experience with knowledge in invoicing, applying payments, and performing month-end procedures.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ, Avalara, Anrok, Bill.com, Coupa, and other billing platforms.
  • The ability to manage a large transaction volume.
  • A background in an environment where processes and procedures are being developed.
  • A high degree of detail orientation, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Business-level fluency to read, write, and speak English.
