Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to join our team at Hinduja Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing high-level programs of complex natures and taking projects from original concept through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, instruct, direct, assign, and check the work of team members. Assign project managers to manage cost, schedule, and performance of component projects, ensuring ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
  2. Strategic Alignment: Ensure continuous alignment of scope and strategic business objectives, making recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward business results and strategic intent.
  3. Resource Coordination: Determine and coordinate the sharing of resources among project constituents to benefit the overall success of the program, building credibility, establishing rapport, and maintaining communication at all levels.
  4. Expertise and Judgment: Demonstrate expertise in a variety of fields, concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  5. Complex Task Management: Perform a variety of complicated tasks, exercising a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
  6. Leadership and Direction: Lead and direct the work of others, potentially reporting directly to a manager or senior manager.
Requirements
  1. Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Experience: 3 years of automotive engineering or program management experience.

  1. Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong skills in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrate excellent ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
  3. Technical Expertise: Expertise in a variety of applications and software methodologies, with experience in system life cycle.
