Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Italian Market team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, strategizing, and qualifying leads to drive sales growth and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to drive sales growth and revenue achievement
  • Develop and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives to guide prospects through the sales process
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects through the sales process
  • Provide accurate and reliable forecasts of activities and revenue achievement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership
  • Effectively position the product and identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relevant, strategic messages based on customer insights
  • Data-driven approach to sales and quota achievement
  • Forecasting and pipeline management experience
  • Strategic view and critical communication skills
