PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company with a diverse portfolio of brands. We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeteer Portuguese Speaker to join our team in LATAM.

The successful candidate will play a key role in A&M planning, reporting, and controls, leading the A&M tracking and spend across Marketing budgets. This role will also engage with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering refresher trainings, and influencing decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or economics, with 2-3 years of budgeting experience. Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is required, with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP skills.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, offering a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent service to clients according to SLAs.
  • Process and setup new vendors and update vendor contact and contract information.
  • Ensure effective communication between Buyers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes.
  • Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
  • Process and tracking contracts A&M.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Spanish, English, and Portuguese fluent.
  • Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of budgeting experience.
  • Computer literate - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
