Job Summary

The HR Service Advisor is a critical member of the HR Services organization at Microsoft, playing a key role in delivering high-quality HR services to business leaders, managers, and employees. This role is responsible for executing benefits in the region, providing operational and support services for Microsoft HR programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Central Services Customer Support: Respond to employee and manager inquiries, perform transactions using documented processes and policies, and escalate issues to senior team members or triage inquiries to the appropriate queue.
  • Process Management: Review performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Data Management: Input employee data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database, verify data accuracy, and support operational compliance in data handling.
  • Documentation: Review and verify employee records, participate in information-gathering sessions, and document processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ year(s) work or internship experience in HR operations, HR, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Business level fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese fluency preferred.
  • Certifications: CE2, TOEFL, or similar Language Certification (if not native speaker for needed language).
  • Technical Skills: SAP HR system understanding and Excel proficiency.
