As an Employee Services Specialist III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with benefits and services agreements, while also developing and implementing internal and external events that promote employee engagement and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex event plans based on customer requirements, including social, cultural, sports, recognition, community, and employee transportation events.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans with timelines and accountability assignments, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish themes, locations, and other important aspects of events based on research results, and select and schedule speakers and entertainment as appropriate.
  • Examine event locations to ensure all materials and equipment are received and set up properly, collect and verify event invoices, and provide relevant information to budget tracking representatives.
  • Develop communications materials and establish communications plans, and oversee Sports, Employee Bus Transportation service, and Employee Community Committee.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level, and ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, proactive negotiation, and ability to maintain good interpersonal relations at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and disciplined approach with a high sense of order.
  • Highly confidential and discreet, with labor law knowledge and ability to use software related to the activities described, spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English preferred, and GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
