We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers. This role focuses on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables, and oversees the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal support.
The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management, and help customers maximize the value of their partnership with SAP. They will work closely with Project Leads and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
This role involves key tasks such as supporting sales-to-delivery handovers, initiating digital service kick-offs, contributing to customer onboarding and transitioning, and de-escalating critical customer situations.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application knowledge. Experience with SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers is also essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills.
