About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modeling and KPIs Associate Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our corporate Strategy & Transformation team, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance and viability of strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely data-driven insights.
  • Design and Track KPIs: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead Value Realization Framework: Implement, enhance, and coach implementation teams on the Value Realization Framework, ensuring consistent and efficient value tracking across the organization.
  • Supervise and Develop Analysts: Oversee and develop analysts in both direct report and project manager settings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Communicate Successes: Create reports and case studies to articulate the value proposition and highlight team successes, ensuring effective communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in finance or a related field, with significant experience in ROI models and KPIs. Preferred understanding of corporate Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Power-BI, and statistical modeling, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: Resilience, initiative, ability to explain complex concepts, and effective supervision of associates.
