We are seeking an Electronics Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the volume and margin contribution associated with purchasing solder reclaim material from assembly accounts and metal brokers within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a yearly business plan by volume and margin contribution from key and target accounts.
- Assist customers with logistics and manifest requirements.
- Communicate and implement corporate pricing guidelines to generators and channel partners.
- Assess and measure progress and performance of territory business plan in cooperation with supervisor and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
- Update and maintain accurate information in Atlas CRM system.
- Maintain market share information for territory.
- Submit reports on a timely basis.
- Responsible for developing and adjusting as needed the annual territory forecast.
- Expense reporting monthly.
- Ensure corporate credit policies are adhered to.
- Manage reclaim purchasing efforts by monitoring targets and key accounts, problem-solving, assisting with pick-up coordination, reclaim storage and handling training through routine and regular meetings with reclaim generators and channel partners.
- Assist reclaim department with details on settlement terms.
- Maintain regular contact with reclaim coordinators, reclaim business manager, and reclaim director.
- Communicate and distribute internet/trade show/publication sales leads in the Atlas system.
