Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Define and manage project timelines and roadmaps for the Onestream platform, ensuring alignment with SAP constraints and other project implementations.
  • Functional Requirements: Define functional requirements in line with business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Test Planning: Develop and execute test plans, UAT requirements, and test scenarios to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to manage technical requirements and their delivery, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Project Status Reporting: Produce project status documents and templates, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply knowledge of Agile methodology to act as a product owner, driving project delivery and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, manage, and deliver project and process improvement initiatives, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • End-to-End Process Design: Lead the design, optimization, and governance of the consolidation tool, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Group policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with key stakeholders, including the business, Group Consolidation team, technical team, and management, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Implementation and Training: Oversee implementation linked to the consolidation tool, including new feature roll-outs, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the tool.
  • Change Management: Ensure all process changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in finance-related project management, with strong experience with Onestream and SAP.
  • Education: University Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French.

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approximately 1500 passionate people. It also trains each year roughly 200 apprentices. The site offers an idyllic work environment, with many amenities, such as a corporate restaurant, sports fields, a fitness center, and a nursery.
