We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Incentive Analyst II to join our team at F5. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities- Administer sales compensation plans at all levels, from frontline to executive, to meet company strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve worldwide sales plans, policies, and procedures.
- Build and execute sales measures that support company strategy, analyzing key performance metrics to provide insights into sales compensation trends.
- Liaise with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure accurate budget planning and sales compensation accruals.
- Support the development of a world-class sales resource allocation program and drive special projects as needed.
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales operations or comparative field, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, SQL Server, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Tableau, and IBM Cognos ICM a plus.
