Digital Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Zendesk. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving online business conversion rates and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage with prospects and customers to resolve inquiries and drive sales
- Become an expert on Zendesk products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct discovery calls, provide product demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Secondary language proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is highly desired
- 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
- Real passion for Zendesk technology and ability to quickly learn tools and processes
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and excel at tactical execution against a task
