Job Summary:

Altair Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our Energy team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for proactive inbound and outbound prospecting, lead and contact management, and pipeline building. This role will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualified prospects to Account Executives for opportunity creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Develop and deliver presentations to showcase Altair's Simulation Software value
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create sales plans and strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
