Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and other relevant materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Gantt charts, priority matrices, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
