We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead multiple high-visibility projects across various stages. The ideal candidate will possess strong task management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, employing focused task management and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure tactical execution of complex strategic initiatives, requiring an agile approach and swift decision-making.
  • Take ownership of project issues, leading teams to fact-based decision-making through hands-on root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse business areas, nationally and internationally, to identify business needs and requirements.
  • Develop workplans, track project deliverables, gather feedback, and prepare status reports.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, anticipating bottlenecks, exploring contingencies, and providing escalation management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with a global team of skilled project managers, developing and maintaining assigned staff to attain required objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field.
  • Desirable: Master's Degree and/or specialized training in applicable trade skills and project management.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management position.
  • 5 years of demonstrated relevant project management experience.
  • 3 years' experience with Lean in Supply Chain/Operations environment.
