Job Title: Hr Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hr Generalist to join our team at Recrew. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection of personnel (Unionized and Intermediate Levels)
  • Management of job boards, recruitment sources and tools
  • Control of employee files
  • Development and implementation of Human Resources procedures and policies
  • Surveillance and implementation of property and industrial security audits
  • Incorporation of employees to help organize training, development, culture and communication initiatives
  • Activities related to performance management
  • Support to employees on issues related to Human Resources (permits, compensation and problem solving)
  • Control and management of metric indicators
  • Administration of compensation and benefits plans
  • Training and organizational development
  • Organization of tasks efficiently and maintaining high levels of precision and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Graduate in administrative areas, human resources, psychology, law or related degree
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar position (with good job stability)
  • Advanced English
