About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hr Generalist to join our team at Recrew. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection of personnel (Unionized and Intermediate Levels)
- Management of job boards, recruitment sources and tools
- Control of employee files
- Development and implementation of Human Resources procedures and policies
- Surveillance and implementation of property and industrial security audits
- Incorporation of employees to help organize training, development, culture and communication initiatives
- Activities related to performance management
- Support to employees on issues related to Human Resources (permits, compensation and problem solving)
- Control and management of metric indicators
- Administration of compensation and benefits plans
- Training and organizational development
- Organization of tasks efficiently and maintaining high levels of precision and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Graduate in administrative areas, human resources, psychology, law or related degree
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position (with good job stability)
- Advanced English
