The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all Fleet Operations policies and programs, providing guidance to employees and areas on various issues, and maintaining vehicle inventory according to company initiatives and established metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all Fleet Operations policies and programs
  • Provide guidance to employees and areas on various issues
  • Maintain vehicle inventory according to company initiatives and established metrics
  • Represent Fleet Operations as needed in cross-functional meetings
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
  • Run monthly reporting requirements for business units
  • Administer process for plating
  • Responsible for annual physical inventory
  • Responsible of managing Pool Vehicles
  • Responsible of managing maintenance services and contact with dealers
  • Responsible of a large volume of sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Advanced English
  • Understanding of Fleet management
  • Strong operational background
  • Experience with Fleet Operations programs, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with eCVMS, SAP, logistic system, and GM Purchasing processes
  • Thorough knowledge of business, control, and accounting principles
