About the Role

As a Pricing Strategy Expert, you will play a crucial role in executing pricing strategies for Under Armour's global assortment to deliver fiscal year or seasonal targets. You will work closely with various departments, including Merchandising, Sales Planning, and Demand Planning, to ensure that your strategies reflect the best business needs and market realities.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with Under Armour's US strategy and architecture.
  • Collaborate with Category and GMM teams to build strong architectures that consider local needs.
  • Perform competitor analysis on comparable products and styles.
  • Identify opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions.
  • Generate seasonal reports to measure and manage margin, working closely with FP&A Product Margin Team.
  • Create strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing products.
  • Draft reports reflecting metrics and project status, objectives, and barriers.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in pricing, preferably in the fast fashion industry. Your ideal background includes a university degree in business, marketing, or sales, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also possess analytical skills, a keen eye for identifying opportunities, and a business-oriented mindset.

Apart from your technical skills, we value a collaborative approach, effective reporting and presentation skills, and the ability to sit long hours in front of a computer screen. As an Under Armour team member, you can expect a competitive salary range of $414,367.00 - $569,754.90 MXN per annum, depending on your relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
