Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nuvit Service. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their software and hardware issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support IT platforms, integration, and digital services by applying best practices and solutions.
  • Provide robust support fully aligned to strategic objectives and adopting cloud integration and information systems technologies, supporting 7x24x365.
  • Operate with various service providers, including Capgemini, Yalo, Telnet, Pitcher, ACN, SAP, Greenmile, and Hasar.
  • Continuously support digital platforms through proactive maintenance plans, updated software, hardware, or applications.
  • Resolve incidents with extreme urgency, working with internal or external support groups to deliver agile and robust solutions.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows).
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel, with Power Query highly desirable.
  • Advance level English and technical English required.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently in a highly regulated environment.
  • Proactive and team-oriented.
