About the Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team in the Content Licensing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing complex contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process contracts, amendments, and product notices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify availability of intellectual property rights and clearances for sales orders, researching prior sales history and deal terms as needed.
  • Resolve conflicting clearance, sales, pricing, or rights issues prior to document distribution.
  • Input contractual terms and licensed product data into the WBD system.
  • Assist other contract management teams as required with preparation of contracts, amendments, and product notices.
  • Process extension fees to ensure accurate and timely processing and maintain deal text library in COSMOS.
  • Coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance, and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues.
  • Track status of documents from sales order through fully-executed agreement, coordinating execution of approved documents and updating status in COSMOS.
  • Maintain various records and files, performing special tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years prior contract management or similar experience.
  • Experience with handling/processing large volumes of data with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
