**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, review, negotiate, and manage trade contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all trade contracts comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor contract performance and obligations, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Resolve contract-related disputes or issues, working towards amicable and fair solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks to senior management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operations in trading companies.
  • Experience in a trading company legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
